Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?

Upon clicking "Confirm Reservation" the booking process is complete. A confirmation will then be sent to your email address provided under "Guest Information" within 5 minutes (time period) of placing your order.

How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it's submitted?

At any time prior to submitting your reservation, you can select "edit this reservation" under the Reservation Details section, or you can modify individual inputs by tabbing to each field and updating your information.

How can I review my reservation after submission?

If you have previously made an on-line reservation, you may retrieve it using our Reservation Retrieval or Cancellation form. Fields required are First Name, Last Name and Confirmation Number or Credit Card Number. Your details will be sent securely.
If you are attempting to access a reservation that was not made on-line within this Internet site after May 8, 2001, please retrieve it by first name, last name and confirmation number only. Certain reservations made may not be retrievable online. If you encounter difficulties retrieving your reservation, please contact us.
