CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ONLINE RESERVATION

Q. 
How do I change or cancel the reservation I made on-line?
A. 
If you have previously made an on-line reservation, you may retrieve or cancel it using our "Change A Reservation" or "Cancel A Reservation" options located under the Rates/Reservation section. Fields required are First Name, Last Name, Confirmation Number or Credit Card Number. Your details will be sent securely.
If you are attempting to access a reservation that was not made on-line within this Internet site after May 8, 2001, please retrieve it by first name, last name and confirmation number only.
Q. 
If I cancel or change my on-line reservation, will I get a refund or credit? Are there any fees I'll have to pay?
A. 
Once you have selected your room for reservation, you will be able to view the Cancellation Policy under the "Reservation Details" section, including any fees associated with cancellation.
Q. 
Will I be charged a night's stay if I miss my reservation/arrive late?
A. 
Please note that each Hyatt location has its own late arrival policy. Please contact your nearest Worldwide Reservation Center by phone for information on the policies of the Hyatt destination at which you will be staying.
