Do I need to set up an account or travel profile?

Currently you do not have to set up an account or profile to make online reservations or browse through our web site. However, if you use the "Log In" function to create a travel profile we will simplify the reservation process by automatically populating the reservation form for you. We will also provide easy access to information that reflects your travel interests.
Q. 
If I'm a Gold Passport member do I need to create another account on Hyatt.com?
A. 
No. If you are a Gold Passport member, you will only need to enter your Gold Passport number and PIN (personal identification number) to create a Hyatt.com account. When you enter your Gold Passport number and PIN, your personal information is extracted to create a Hyatt.com profile.
Q. 
I forgot my username and password, what should I do?
A. 
If you have forgotten your password, please select the Forgot My Password link and Hyatt will send your password via e-mail. Please ensure the e-mail matches the e-mail you've provided in your profile.
